Working Together
These questions cover some of the practical things people often want to understand before working together.
If something isn’t covered here, you’re welcome to get in touch
What does working together look like?
Working together is a steady, collaborative partnership.
I work alongside you to hold the detail, reduce mental load, and make it easier to think clearly as work unfolds.
That might include practical, day-to-day support, talking decisions through, or helping work move forward during busier or more complex periods.
The aim isn’t to take over. It’s to make the work feel properly held.
What types of clients do you work with?
I work with founders, consultants, and people-led organisations who are capable, thoughtful, and carrying a lot at once.
Many work in wellbeing, HR, charity, or values-led spaces, but the common thread isn’t industry. It’s the need for calm, considered support that helps work feel steadier and more manageable.
What are your working hours?
My standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9.30am–4.30pm.
That said, I work flexibly with clients where needed, and we agree expectations in advance so the work feels contained and predictable for both of us.
How do we communicate and stay organised?
We agree simple, practical ways of working that suit you and your business.
This might include email, shared documents, project tools, or regular check-ins. The focus is always on clarity — so nothing relies on remembering or chasing.
How quickly will work be completed?
I don’t position my work around urgency or speed.
Instead, we agree priorities, timelines, and capacity up front, so work progresses steadily and reliably.
This approach tends to reduce pressure and rework, and helps decisions land properly rather than being rushed.
Will I be working directly with you?
Yes.
I lead CollabWork personally and remain your main point of contact.
Where additional capacity or specialist input is helpful, I work with trusted associates — always with clear communication and oversight.
How is support priced and invoiced?
Ongoing support is usually provided on a monthly retainer, agreed in advance based on scope and capacity.
Ad-hoc and project-based work is priced separately, depending on what’s involved.
Invoices are issued monthly, with clear records of the work covered.
How do you handle confidentiality and data protection?
Confidentiality is a core part of how I work.
I handle sensitive information with care and discretion, and work in line with UK data protection requirements.
Where needed, confidentiality agreements are put in place so expectations are clear from the outset
What's the best way to get started?
The simplest place to start is a conversation.
You’re welcome to book a discovery call, or get in touch by email, to talk through where you are and what would feel most helpful.
There’s no pressure to decide. The aim is to create clarity and see whether working together feels like the right fit.
