Inclusive Workplaces
Support for neurodivergent individuals and inclusive organisations
Inclusive workplaces aren’t created through good intentions alone. They are built through clear understanding, thoughtful systems, and practical support that reflects how people actually work.
Alongside my business support work, I offer focused support for neurodivergent individuals and organisations who want to create ways of working that are inclusive, realistic, and sustainable.
This work is calm, practical, and grounded in lived experience — supporting both individuals and organisations to move from overwhelm or uncertainty into clarity and confidence.
Support for Individuals
Navigating work as a neurodivergent person can be exhausting, particularly in environments that haven’t been designed with different working styles in mind.
I offer one-to-one support to help you make work feel more manageable and better aligned with how your brain works.
This support may include:
Guidance with applying for and managing Access to Work funding
Identifying tools, adjustments, or resources that genuinely help
Creating systems and routines that reduce cognitive load
Building confidence in communication and self-advocacy at work
My role is not to “fix” how you work, but to help you feel supported, understood, and better equipped to work in ways that are sustainable for you.
About Access to Work
Access to Work is a UK government scheme that can provide funding for people with disabilities or long-term conditions, including ADHD, autism, and other forms of neurodivergence.
Funding can cover support such as:
specialist equipment or software
support workers
coaching or mentoring
I support individuals through the Access to Work process — from understanding eligibility, to completing applications, to making sense of what support will be most useful. The aim is to make the process feel clear, contained, and manageable.
Support for Organisations
I work with organisations and leaders who want to move beyond compliance and towards genuine inclusion.
This support focuses on creating practical, workable changes that improve how neurodivergent people experience work — without placing additional burden on individuals to adapt or mask.
Support for organisations may include:
Access to Work guidance for employees and managers
Advisory support for leaders and managers
Reviewing policies and ways of working through an inclusive lens
Helping teams understand cognitive load, communication, and adjustment needs
The focus is always on clarity, fairness, and sustainable practice.
Neurodiversity Training
I offer structured neurodiversity training for organisations at different stages of their inclusion journey. Sessions are grounded in lived experience, practical insight, and real-world application — not theory alone.
