Working Together

How support works in practice

This page answers some of the practical questions that often come up before working together.

If anything isn’t covered, you’re welcome to get in touch.

We agree the scope of support at the outset, based on what will be most useful for you and your business. Support may be ongoing, project-based, or a combination, depending on your needs.

I work alongside you as a steady business support partner, providing both practical support and space to think things through.

I work with small business owners, consultants, and organisations who value calm, thoughtful support and a collaborative way of working.

Many of my clients operate in people-led, wellbeing-informed, or purpose-driven environments.

My core working hours are Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 4.30pm UK time. I observe UK public holidays.

If you need support outside these hours, this can sometimes be discussed in advance. Please note that work outside standard hours may be subject to an additional charge.

We agree clear ways of working at the start. Communication is typically handled via email and shared documents, with regular check-ins as needed.

My aim is to keep communication clear, contained, and proportionate.

Turnaround times depend on the type of support and current workload.

For ongoing retainer clients, work is prioritised and tasks are typically handled within 24 to 48 hours where possible. For project-based work, we agree timelines and scope before starting so expectations are clear.

Yes. I am your main point of contact and lead all client work.

Where it adds value, I may bring in trusted associates to support specific tasks or projects. Any additional support is always overseen by me, and the same thoughtful, consistent approach is maintained throughout

Support is priced based on the type and scope of work agreed.

You’ll receive clear information about fees and invoicing before any work begins, so expectations are set from the outset.

Confidentiality and data protection are taken seriously.

I work in line with UK data protection requirements and am happy to discuss any specific requirements you may have.

The simplest way to start is to book a discovery call.
