Your Privacy Matters

Your trust means a lot to me. I take your data seriously and always treat it with the highest level of care and confidentiality.

  • I use secure, encrypted tools and platforms

  • I’m registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO)

  • Sensitive information is handled with discretion and stored securely

What are your working hours?

My core hours are Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM (UK time). I observe all UK public holidays.

If you need support outside of those hours, I’m happy to discuss flexible arrangements. Please note, work completed outside of standard hours may be subject to an additional charge.

How do we stay in touch and track progress?

I recommend regular check-ins—either weekly or bi-weekly—so we can review progress, plan ahead, and address any questions or priorities together.

You’ll always know what’s happening and where things stand.

What tools and systems do you use?

I use a variety of tools to help us stay organised and efficient, including shared calendars, to-do lists, cloud storage, and task trackers.

If you have tools or platforms you prefer, I’m more than happy to adapt. If a system is new to me, I’m always willing to learn—just note that setup or training time is included in your booked hours.

How fast can I expect work to be completed?

If you’re on a monthly retainer, you receive priority support with an average turnaround of 24 to 48 hours. For project-based work, we’ll agree on clear timeframes and scope before getting started so we’re aligned from day one.

Are you insured?

Yes. I carry Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurance, and I am fully registered with the ICO to handle client data safely and legally.

How Payments Work

I keep my invoicing and pricing structure simple and transparent.


Monthly Retainer Services

  • Invoiced monthly in advance

  • Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date

  • Work begins once payment is received

  • Support continues on a rolling month-to-month basis


Project-Based Support

  • A deposit is required before the work begins

  • We’ll agree on the scope, timeline, and total cost upfront

  • Payment schedule will be clearly outlined


Late Payments

In the event of a delay, a small late fee may be applied in line with my terms of business. I’ll always communicate this clearly and respectfully.
