Inclusive Workplaces
Support for Neurodivergent Individuals & Inclusive Organisations
In addition to my VA and OBM services, I also offer standalone support for individuals and organisations navigating neurodiversity in the workplace, whether that means applying for the Access to Work scheme, developing inclusive practices, or delivering practical team training.
For Individuals
Whether you’re self-employed or part of a larger team, navigating work as a neurodivergent person can be exhausting, especially in environments not designed with you in mind.
I offer support that helps you:
Apply for and manage Access to Work funding
Identify the tools, adjustments, or resources you might need
Build confidence in how you communicate and advocate for yourself
Create systems that work with your brain, not against it
My goal is to help you feel empowered, not overwhelmed.

About Access to Work
Access to Work is a government scheme that can fund up to £69,000 per year in support for people with disabilities or long-term conditions including ADHD, autism, and other forms of neurodivergence. This can cover equipment, software, support workers, coaching, and more.I’ll guide you through the application and beyond, making the process feel clear and manageable.
For Organisations
I work with teams and leaders who want to move beyond compliance and into genuine inclusion.
Support includes:
Access to Work guidance for your employees
Team training on neurodiversity, masking, and inclusive communication
Policy review and implementation strategies
1:1 advisory support for inclusive managers and founders
You’ll leave with practical tools, greater understanding, and a plan to build a workplace where neurodivergent colleagues can thrive.
